HOTEL BOOKING POLICY/PROCESS
This is a "Stay to Play" tournament. Prior to being accepted into our tournament, teams that do not reside in Phoenix will be required to block their rooms through Traveling Teams.
Traveling Teams are a team’s personal reservation service, providing all teams with a full service reservation process. This process ensures all teams have quality hotel accommodations and will reduce the last minute search for hotel rooms.
Please note, hotels are first come, first serve; popular hotels will fill up quickly.
Teams must have hotel rooms blocked through Traveling Teams before final tournament confirmation will be issued.
