Refund Policy

A minimum $500 online deposit is required to register. This deposit will be refunded to any team not accepted by the tournament committee to play in the tournament. Refunds will be processed via credit card in accordance with the original payment.

IF ANY TEAM WITHDRAWS FROM THE EVENT 30 DAYS OR LESS FROM THE EVENT START FOR ANY REASON, THE ENTIRE TEAM FEE WILL BE FORFEITED.
